My only other experience with Hifiman is the HE4XX, so my comparisons to headphones such as the Sundara is something I can't do. I own the K371BT, HD 6XX, HE4XX, and Moondrop Starfields. WebHE-5XX are very analytical, somewhat "not involved" sounding, maybe in some kind of planar way, but sound stage is very wide. Sundara feels very emotional and alive in comparison, which is preferred in vast majority of genres. About bass I'm not sure, HE-5XX has a bit more in quantity, but I don't remember that exact part as vividly.
