Had I heard the 5xx after breaking the 4xx I'd have just gotten more 4xx. Hifiman are very fragile 58x really safe sound anyone would enjoy. Kinda smol but still fit my dad's head

WebThe 5XX are more full sounding than the 400i. Bass texture and heft is good, but lags behind the 500. Seems to have a bit more sub-bass than the Deva. The 400i it's missing some of the body that the 5XX has but in the grand scheme of things its not bad. I'd say it's more or less neutral with slightly recessed bass.
