Since you're using Windows, you should read a little more about File and Folder Permissions. Any 0D, 1D, or 2D slab of any dataset can easily be selected and displayed using numpy-style index syntax. Webbefore you use the h5py library. You don't have to use the hdf5plugin library directly, you just import it.
