WebQuestion about early extension. I’ve been working on improving/eliminating my early extension. In my typical swing I’d feel like I’m on the toes of my feet. Is it normal to feel like I’m kind of falling backwards into my heels when trying to not early extend. I’m also feeling a little more soreness in hamstrings/glutes.
