WebQuad phasers (from tier 4 defiant), Quantum phase DHC (yes there is the option of getting DHC instead of beam array), Quantum phase torpedo (from the set), Agony DHC. Rear: X3 Agony phaser turrets. Works decently well. If you're going for the agony proc, you're probably better off with agony DC instead of DHC.
