Arran is the location for anything from a stroll on the beach to a grade 5 walk up Goatfell. WebGetting to the Aran Fawddwy from Llanuwchllyn Trailhead. The trailhead for this ascent of Aran Fawddwy begins from a car park beside the Afon Twrch in Llanuwchllyn. Head southwest on B4403 from the village centre. When you pass Station road on your left, watch for the upcoming left curve in the road at the intersection of the river.
